You may also book a reservation with a Credit Card through our listing on VRBO.com or HomeAway.com, Property #506672 (goes to booking agency external website). NOTE: You may view our On-Line Calendar for free but if you book a reservation through an agency you will be charged an additional fee of approximately 10%.

RENTAL RATES: Our minimum stay is Two (2) nights. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm a reservation. The balance of 50% must be received at least 29 days prior to your arrival date. If you need to cancel, please make sure you do so at least 30 days before your arrival date to ensure a 100% refund of any deposits. Cancellations made by guests 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of 50% of any deposits. Cancellations less than 15 days before arrival will not receive a refund. See Rental Agreement for details. We will provide a detailed written quotation to you prior to booking.

• September 35, 2024 through January 2, 2025: $1,000 per weeknight, $1,100 per Friday or Saturday. Weekly - $6,624

NOTE: A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE/LOSS DEPOSIT OF $500.00 WILL BE ADDED, AS WELL AS 6% MICHIGAN SALES TAX

ADDITIONAL GUESTS: All rates are based on our standard occupancy of up to 20 guests. Five more guests, up to a total of 25, may be accommodated (INSIDE The Old Dam Inn) for an additional fee of $25 per night/per additional person. We provide bedding and towels for 20 people at a minimum and additional sets (up to 5) upon request for groups with additional guests.

CAMPING: We only allow camping when The Old Dam Inn is being rented by the same group. One small tent or RV camper/trailer (up to four persons) may be placed on the grounds of The Inn for $35.00 per night. This includes a 20 amp electrical hook-up and water supply only (no dump facilities). There is also a 30 amp electrical hook-up site (no water or dump facilities) with private water frontage a few hundred feet from The Inn that can accommodate one large RV for $35.00 per night.

RESTRICTIONS: 1. Pets are not permitted in the home or on the grounds. If you will be bringing a service animal please contact us in advance to confirm arrangements. 2. We do not accept reservations from guests under 25 years old (age of guest making the reservation), or from fraternity/sorority/college/high school groups. 3. The Old Dam Inn no longer hosts weddings (rehearsal dinners are allowed), bachelor/bachelorette parties or other gatherings beyond our 25 person maximum capacity. 4. Fireworks (aerial type shooting over three feet in the air) and firearms may not be discharged on the premises. 5. The Old Dam Inn is a no smoking/no vaping facility - smoking urns are provided outside. Please refer to our HOUSE RULES for additional information.
